Itinerary Pricing Details

Please note that budget and specific accommodations like child-friendly activities/lodging, disability access, etc. will not affect pricing.

An invoice will be sent via email after a price is agreed upon and the itineraries/ travel plans are received by the customer.

Please remember that itineraries are just meant to be recommendations. Feel free to just take bits and pieces of each, or follow them from hour-to-hour!


  1. Itinerary Details — Basic itineraries come with (per day): activity category, activity location, activity closed days (i.e. if closed on Mondays, will note), and activity notes (i.e. whether reservations are required, cost of parking, etc.).
    -Intermediate itineraries additionally include activity prices and estimated travel time from previous activity. If preferred, rough time stamps can also be recommended per activity, including times to rest throughout the day.
    -Advanced itineraries additionally include average online reviews and significantly more detailed notes.

  2. Itinerary Alternatives — Itineraries can come with at most two alternatives (three total versions), and clients are able to choose the one that fits the most with their preferences. Alternate itineraries will have different mixes of excursions.

  3. Length of stay — Longer trips will cost more (trip length limited to 14 days).

  4. Lodging Recommendations — If desired, itineraries can include a list of up to five vetted accommodations, ranging from solo female-traveler-friendly hostels to luxury resorts. All accommodations will be heavily researched, and may even come from personal experience.

  5. Flight Recommendations — If desired, itineraries can include a list of up to three vetted flight suggestions, with detailed pros and cons regarding checked baggage costs, layover times, airline safety ratings, and customer service reputations.

  6. Inclusion of Specific Activities or Types of Activities — Maybe you’re the more outdoorsy type that wants to see everything nature-related. Maybe you prefer history and museums. Maybe you have no idea and just want to see it all. Whatever your interests, your itineraries will reflect exactly what you wish to get out of a trip.

  7. Number of travelers — More travelers will cost more.
